I Really don’t know if the lights are any good because the lights came in broke….The packing was a joke, they knew that this was a light “glass” and took no extra precautions with the packing.

One of the the light bulbs arrived broken. Since the order was full-fill by Amazon instead of the seller, seller won’t ship me a new bulb and I had to return the product to Amazon.
However, first time return Amazon charged the return shipping on me. Only after I wrote back and then I got the return shipping refunded. What a hassle! The whole thing from ordering to fully refund took a month.
Didn’t use the light long enough to tell if they have any effects on my winter mood.
I would think twice buying something fragile from Amazon again.
11/19/2009 – Ordered from amazon again and arrived today. This time from a different seller, but one of the light bulbs arrived broken AGAIN! I am so disappointed. Just contacted the seller, will see if they will ship me a new bulb.

I just started using the HappyLites Mini. They are nice and bright and do help me feel more alert and not so grim. I am glad that I ordered this product.

As another reviewer said, this light doesn’t give off quite the same level of intensity as the Ultra version, but I like that it is compact and that I can have one at work and one at home.

Let’s face it; these are not the prettiest things to have on your desk, but these mini lights work well to lift my spirits and DON’T BUZZ, unlike the expensive daylight spectrum floor lamp I had in the past. The small size makes them less obtrusive than the higher wattage versions, and they can be arranged in different ways.
All in all, a very good deal. I amurchasing a second set for my daughter.
