I have read at many places that infrared therapy is very effective in giving reliefs from arthritis pains?
Have you heard about it or have first hand knowledge about it?
Do you know about side affects of it, if any?
Do you know someone personally who has used it and have benefited by it?

As infrared may release only heat energy majorly from the ray , it may not be that efficient . . Try pills that may help repairing the cartilage. .
