I suffered from a pretty miserable bit of Seasonal Affective Disorder (undiagnosed), and it was MORE than interfering with my life. Now, with the combination of light therapy and Vitamin B coming out my ears, I've definitely felt more motivated in general, and I no longer want to spend every second alone in doors. <br /> <br />I honestly don't know if it's due to this product, but I'm more than ready to use it again next year starting day ONE of wintery weather, rather than in the middle like this year. <br /> Rating: 4 / 5 I’ve only had the briteLITE for a little over a month now, but I already call it a noticeable difference. It was a good choice, and it definitely works, but it's way too expensive, even though it was less expensive than the alternatives. Does that make sense?
